Does Your Metabolism Increase During Your Period Has My Metabolism Increased?

Has my metabolism increased? - does your metabolism increase during your period

ok I can get. In the last 3 months I've count calories calorie intake is the first of 1500 calories per day, running every day after I decided that I was not enough, so I went with 1800 calories and I had not been completed, while some moderate weightlifting.

Meanwhile, it's as dairy products and vegetables and whole grains seemed, seemed like the bloating and gas and everything, but for the fun and games.

anyway recently, I stopped to count calories, had opted for a trip to Europe, to give, even to break from my diet and started eating desserts and significantly increased energy intake over maintenance welll, I am also holding 45 minutes per day.

Here is the part I dont get is suddenly seemed that the fat around the stomach to quick dinner at my intolerance began to prepare dairy products, and it was not for my gas or bloating, and even vegetables and whole grains. It also seems that now i dont "filler" get back, and I think that I am to eat a lot, even monthsthat before returning to my diet, and it seems that my body have fast-food-digested food, because I am only for a short time, I also less hungry during the day. Now I come home and I'm back in my healthy lifestyle, without counting the calories and watch the Porites size and continue to eat 6 meals over the day. I also have over 5 pounds, might was 105 to 110, and I see no body fat, if something comes out of body fat in muscle? If my metabolism has changed since the increased calorie intake prevented if I ceased to increase calorie count? I also have much more energy now.
